The casting cell at the centre of the route.
Six automated HPDC cells cover a clamping-force range from 200 to 1,000 tonnes. Automatic ladling, spraying and extraction support stable cycle times and consistent casting quality.
High-Pressure Aluminium Die CastingFrom casting to the required component condition.
Verified in-house operations extend the route beyond the die-casting cell. Where a project requires more complex CNC machining, it is provided through trusted specialist suppliers.
