General Technical Information

Aluminium Die Casting

A project begins with the required component, material specification and manufacturing route—not with a generic assumption about alloy or process suitability.

Component and process must be reviewed together.

Geometry, wall transitions, functional surfaces, expected finishing and verification requirements influence how an aluminium casting project should be evaluated. The proposed route should be reviewed before tooling and validation.

Specify the material requirement.

An RFQ should identify the required alloy or customer material specification where one exists. Chemical composition, mechanical requirements and any project-specific conditions should come from controlled project documentation.

RIVIMETAL publication boundaryThe current approved RIVIMETAL website does not publish individual alloy grades, EN designations, chemical compositions or mechanical-property tables.

Verified RIVIMETAL Capability

Engineering review before production.

RIVIMETAL evaluates component geometry, manufacturing requirements, feasibility and the manufacturing route before production. This provides a practical basis for quotation, tooling and validation.
