Evaluate the actual project requirements.
A sector label alone does not establish that a component is suitable for high-pressure die casting. The drawing, geometry, manufacturing requirements, validation needs and intended supply route must be reviewed together.
Capability evidence should remain specific.
Supplier evaluation should distinguish verified manufacturing capability and quality systems from programme-specific experience, approvals or standards. Those claims require direct evidence and should never be inferred from a photograph, material or general production capability.
Manufacturing capability available for project evaluation.
RIVIMETAL publishes HPDC capability, engineering and castability review, post-casting operations, quality planning, validation and supplier information. Defence Applications is part of the approved website architecture, but technical suitability and project requirements must be assessed case by case.
