Casted Items with Methods of Gravity, Kroning :


They are casted low demanding items as well as of small productivity where the manufacturing of mould for the die-casting machine is not of great interest. A mould is manufactured with the form of our sample and then melted Aluminum alloy or Brass is continuously poured into special gates of this model, becomes solidated and after that the model is destroyed. This model is manufactured from special fire-resisting dust and in its interior we have our final product for use.


This method is only used when we have a relatively small number of productivity and low requirements (small demand) of dimensional precision.
