Suspension Clamps & Tension Clamps

Suspension Clamps :

Applications: For clamping M.V.,H.V, overhead ACSR or aluminum alloy conductors to suspension insulators. These suspension clamps provide a very high slipping strenght.

Constructions: Clamp bodies and keeperpieces are high strength cast aluminum alloy. Cotter bolts and U bolts are galvanized steel. Cotter pins are stainless steel.

Tension Clamps :

Applications: For ending M.V. overhead ACSR or aluminum alloy conductors to suspension insulators. These clamps have slip strenght not less than 90 % of rated ultimate strenght of ACSR or AL - Alloy conductor.

Constructions: Clamp bodies and keeperpieces are high strength cast aluminum alloy. Cotter bolts and U bolts are galvanised steel. Cotter pins are stainless steel.

Copper Suspension Clamp :

Applications: For the termination of air conductors of M.T. Copper Cu. in insulated terminals. These suspension clamps have the least resistance of slipping equal to 90% of charge fracture of conductor.

Constructions: The body of suspension clamp is steel casted dip galvanized, the bolt is U shaped and are from galvanized steel, the cotter pins are from stainless steel and in its interior there is a layer sheet of copper cu.
